Sundown Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Sundown: Logic Puzzle Game iOS and Android app (package/bundle ID com.gobirds.sundown). Sundown is published by Green Bean Studio and operated by Greenward Beanington. The app does not require an account.
Data stored locally
Sundown stores puzzle progress, completed-puzzle history, statistics, settings and theme preferences, locally queued fallback events, and premium-entitlement state locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this local app data, subject to any platform backup or restore behavior. Sundown does not require an account, so it has no account-deletion flow.
Advertising, consent, and tracking
Non-Premium users may see ads through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. When ads are used, Google and advertising partners may collect, process, and share approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers, including advertising identifiers and device characteristics. Approximate location can be derived from an IP address; Sundown does not request GPS or other precise-location permission.
These categories are used for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Google and relevant advertising partners independently process data under their own terms and policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about partner advertising and data use.
Where required, Sundown presents Google's consent choices before requesting ads. When Google's User Messaging Platform indicates that privacy options are required, they are available in the app's Settings screen. On iOS, Sundown requests App Tracking Transparency permission before allowing personalized ads; you can change that choice in iOS Settings. If tracking is not authorized, Sundown requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads can still use contextual data, device information, diagnostics, fraud-prevention processing, and limited identifiers; they do not mean that no data is collected. A one-time Unlimited Play purchase removes ads and the daily play limit.
Analytics
Sundown uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app installs, first opens, and aggregate app-use events. This helps Green Bean Studio measure campaign performance and improve the app. Firebase may process app and device identifiers, technical information, and app-interaction events. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policies; Sundown does not combine it with an in-app account because the app has no account system.
Diagnostics
Sundown uses Sentry for crash reports and technical diagnostics. Reports can include stack traces, app version, operating-system version, device model, and related technical diagnostics. Sentry is configured for crash reporting rather than performance tracing. Crash data is retained for 90 days. To request deletion of data controlled by Green Bean Studio or make a privacy inquiry, email us below. Because Sundown has no account system, identifying a particular diagnostic event may be limited; please provide enough information to help locate it, such as your device model, app version, approximate date and time, and any support-request details. Purchases
Apple or Google processes in-app purchases. Sundown does not receive full payment-card details. The app receives purchase status and platform-provided verification data to complete or restore the Unlimited Play entitlement, stores the resulting entitlement locally, and may send the receipt/transaction verification data to a configured verification service when that service is enabled.
Security
Data transmitted by Sundown and its integrated SDKs is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS or other modern transport encryption. Green Bean Studio uses reasonable safeguards for data under its control, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data is retained until you clear it or delete the app. Locally queued fallback events are retained on the device until they are cleared or the app is deleted; they are not uploaded by the current app. Sentry diagnostics are retained for 90 days. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Retention and deletion of data controlled by Google/AdMob and advertising partners are governed by their policies and controls; the same is true for Apple, Google purchase processing, Sentry, and other independent providers. Green Bean Studio cannot delete data that those providers control solely themselves.
Your choices and rights
You can delete local app data by deleting the app, manage available ad consent/privacy choices in Settings, and manage iOS tracking permission in iOS Settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other action regarding personal information controlled by Green Bean Studio. Email us to make a request. We may need enough information to locate a support request or diagnostic report and to verify the request.
Children
Sundown is not directed to children under 13.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. We will change the effective and last-updated dates when we do. For material changes, we may provide notice through the app or its store listing when appropriate.
